Using acupuncture as a way to maintain vitality and flexibility involves an ongoing commitment to the process. Weekly sessions are recommended for the best results. Short term treatment plans are available when working on specific health goals.

Life Coaching

Motivation, organization, focus and lifestyle changes are all addressed with Life Coaching.

Acucoaching combines life coaching and acupuncture.

Life coaching is available as a stand alone modality as well. 1/2 hour sessions are available over the phone and you just need to make a monthly commitment to how many sessions you need during each month. Fees are the same as Acupuncture and AcuCoaching based on the number of sessions.

NutraMetrix Supplements and Health Concerns Herbs

Nutritional supplements are available to support various health goals. Energy and relaxation are the most popular formulas, as well as anti-oxidants and digestive support. Herbal Formulas work well with disease recovery and prevention. Consultations are included in the Acupuncture and AcuCoaching sessions.
